All metallic products are supplied with material test certificates per EN 10204 Type 3.1, traceable to the original material heat, with chemical composition and mechanical properties verified by the manufacturer.
Valves, strainers, and pressure-containing equipment are hydrostatically tested per API 598, BS EN 12266, or equivalent standards. Test certificates confirming shell test, seat test, and (where applicable) backseat test pressures and results are provided.
Valves for hydrocarbon and fire-risk applications are available with fire-safe certification to API 607 (7th Edition) and BS 6755 Part 2. Fire-safe design includes secondary metal-to-metal sealing and fire-resistant stem packing.
Safety and relief valves carry certification to ASME Section I (boilers), ASME Section VIII (pressure vessels), PED 2014/68/EU (European Pressure Equipment Directive), and IBR (Indian Boiler Regulations) as applicable.
Actuated valve assemblies for Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) are available with SIL-certified components per IEC 61508 / IEC 61511, with documented failure rate data, SFF calculations, and proof test documentation.
